Sandy Hartmann, “Ms. Seminole 2016,” is the recipient of the Seminole Chamber’s highest honor. A true “hometown girl,” she was raised in Seminole, Fla., and attended St. Petersburg Junior College.
Sandy was a mermaid at Weeki Wachee Springs and is still a master swimmer with the West Florida Masters Lightening
Sandy joined the Air Force whereby she became an air traffic controller and lived in Anchorage Alaska for 12 years. During her tenure in the Air Force she attended the University of Alaska, pursuing real estate studies and received her Real Estate license.
She formed the firm of Sandy Hartmann & Associates and became one of the top agents in Pinellas County. Sandy has consistently ranked in the top 1% with the Pinellas Realtor Organization and in the top 2% of Real Estate agents across the United States and has been designated as America’s Most Referred Realtor® in Pinellas County by providing exceptional real estate services to her clients for over 31 years.
Sandy is involved with her community and volunteers her time to the Seminole Rotary Club, her church, Women’s Council, the Pinellas Realtor Organization and to her homeowner’s association to name a few.
Due to Sandy’s dedication, diligence, business ethics and hard work, she is now able to enjoy being a member of the Tides women’s golf league, a passionate downhill skier and having the opportunity to travel and spend quality time with her husband, children and grandchild.
